Wollongong, Nowra, Shellharbour and nearby areas offer many services for people planning pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Below is a list of private providers: doulas, midwives, psychologists, pelvic floor physios and more. See our Blog for information on childbirth classes and doulas in the region.

This directory is run by volunteers and is a community service. Listings are unpaid and not endorsed. It’s the most complete directory for the Illawarra and Shoalhaven, and inclusion is free.
